It’s not your fault - diets don’t work, and neither does deprivation or grueling exercise. They simply aren’t sustainable, there is no one-size-fits-all plan for food consumption and exercise, and they don’t address the underlying emotional reasons a body holds onto extra weight. Phase 1: Reframing and Releasing
In this phase, we will reframe the hidden beliefs and release the negative emotions that have been stopping you, slowing you down, or keeping you from having the body you want and enjoying the body you have. We will “clear the clutter” made of anxiety, fear, guilt, shame, sadness, and/or anger, and we will begin to shift your thinking in your relationship to your body and to food.
Phase 2: Nourishing Your Body
In this phase, we will learn what foods and lifestyle habits work best for your body to feel vital and energetic and begin to implement them as daily rituals. We will establish simple, sustainable habits that you can carry forward effortlessly. You will learn to listen to your body’s wisdom to discover how to work with it and the pleasure of doing so.
Phase 3: Nourishing Your Life
In this phase, we will take stock of how the changes during the previous phases have rippled outward in your life, as well as examine where else you want to feel fully expressed and alive and what you need to accomplish that. We will celebrate your transformation and honor what has opened up for your in your life!
